Get the tip chip. Also, you can try to preload the torque converter..
some guys seem to feel that this is worth a few tenths..
Hold left foot on the brake, right on gas, bring revs up, release brake as you floor the throttle pedal, key also, don't let up at all.
The main reason the tip cars are so slow off the line is because of gearing more than anything..

Why would you want to break the tires free? It's just wasted power. But anyway ...
You can get a tip chip and get faster, harder shifts. This might be good for a couple tenths.
You can get intake and exhaust upgrades and enjoy your newfound 10 HP.
You can get a PES G2 supercharger and get tons more power than your transmission is rated for. If it holds, you'll have a fast car. If not, you'll be doing an estimated $10k-$14k transmission replacement.
Or you can trade it in for a Camaro.
