track alignment

I have a 98 a4 with the 2.8 and sport pack. My wife and I use it for track events aprox. once every three months. Looking for some recommendations on alignment specs. Right now the alignment is stock except for 1-degree neg. camb. up front. Need to have good tire wear and stable manners in snow, rain etc... I would like more over steer but not so much to compromise the drivability of the car in the above mentioned driving conditions. Thank you for your input.

if you don't want to lower your car i suggest a larger rear anti-sway bar.
