Transmission code

Can someone help me decoding the transmission code # of my 1998 A4 240? I found a bunch of numbers on the trans: 012104 030014 5HP19 DES

012104 is the factory where it was made, 030014 means 98 a4, 5hp19 means it is a u.s. model,

and DES means that desmond inspected it.

Thank you Thom, can you tell me what the "DES" means? And, from these numbers is itpossible to know the model of the transmission? Is it a 01V?
