Turbo Differences?

So what exactly are the differences between the ko4 - 15 and the ko4- 20 from a TT. Are they completely different or can the TT turbo be adapted for our cars? The other question is would normal ko4 software work or would you need special software? Tia

A KO4 from a TT uses a different bolt pattern and won't fit an A4's manifold.
