Under Engine cover.
I'm not sure what this is called exactly, but its the large plastic cover under the front end of the car. Well I was under my car and noticed that the front is held in place by two screws and the back by only 1. It seems there are spots for 2 other screws in the back to hold it up. Am I correct in this assumption? Also, I'm curious how secure this is supposed to be? Mine seems to have a lot of play in it, which I would think would cause a lot of vibration noise.

Re: It's the belly pan. I can't imagine it makes noise, but you might want to buy more bolts for it
my belly pan got ripped off a couple weeks ago my car does not like its summer home. Any idea about how much a new one would be?

It's actually surprisingly secure with all the screws attached. If you're missing 2 screws (I think they're called 'Dahl Pins', but don't quote me on that,) it very well may rattle. It'll be a faint metallic rattle. You can notice it if you kick one of your front wheels.
