Unknown VAG Code Error...
I had a 20K mile service done, and brakes done, and when i go to pick my car up there is a check engine light on that was never on when i brought the car in. GRRRR! When I went back the following day they took it back in and said it coming up with a false error code, and it doesn't macth any of their codes. So they reset the computer and the light went back off, few days later the light is back on, so now i need to re-schedule another appointment, damn this makes me made! I take my car in to the dealer for just brakes and a 20K service and now a check engine is on. Anyone have any ideas? False error code? Is someone blowing smoke? My car is not chipped, and since the light came on the car does not drive any differently? The light also never ever came on before since i have owned the car from new! Just after they touched it! I have been always taking it there w/o any problems
