Upgrading Chip Program...
Sorry for the Noob-ish question... I know that if you do something such as a turbo upgrade, you need to upgrade the software on your chip to optimize your performance. However, if you were to chip first, then subsequently add something like an exhaust, or FMIC would you need to upgrade software as well? What are the ramifications if you dont? Is it worth it to add a FMIC if you have not upgraded your turbo?
I have learnt a ton from you guys and from searching, this is just one thing that I'm not to clear on..

I had the APR chip when i went with the Evoms FMIC and still had KO3...car worked fine and felt more
at top. With the giac chips u can get an upgrade to a program where they utilize for better performance i think?
