VAG-COM Fault code on Engine module. Pls Help.

VAG-COM Fault code on Engine module. Pls Help.
I got a following fault code from my 2000 Audi A4. I had done a scan on the engine module and found the folllowing. I am a beginner, and not sure what this really mean, any help would be appreciated.
Control Module Part Number: 8D0 906 018 E
Component and/or Version: 1.8L R4/5V MOTR 0002
Software Coding: 04031
Work Shop Code: WSC 06335
5 Faults Found:
16725 - Camshaft Position Sensor (G40): Implausible Signal
P0341 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17924 - Intake Manifold Changeover Valve circuit Open
P1516 - 35-10 - Intermittent
17545 - 17545 P1137 Long Term Fuel Trim Add.Fuel,Bank1 System too Rich
P1137 - 35-00
16518 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1: No Activity
P0134 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
18010 - Power Supply (B+) Terminal 30 Low Voltage
P1602 - 35-10 - Intermittent
Should I be concern on these fault codes?
