Default Vent Boost Install help please....

I am in the middle of putting a boost gauge in my vent, but am confused as to where to drill the hole in the duct work. The write ups say the left side, but that seems like it will go into my cluster. Is there anything straight in on the left vent? help please!

Also where is the best place to hook the light up? as in, what wire has dim control??

Thanks

Default a powered nut/bolt down under the driver's knee bolster

labeled 75x i believe with a yellow sticker. put a ring terminal on your wire, loosen the nut from the stud, place the ring over, and replace the nut. cake.

If I remember correctly the cluster is not that close to the vent to worry about it.

Default you are correct... I just went for it. Straight back.

I used a straight pic first, shined a flashlight in and could see where the light was coming through. then just had at it.

now I have to go make the needle move a lot! :-)

Turbo cars MUST have a boost gauge. I tell passengers this is my right foot meter or just fun meter.

What if you want it illuminated only w/ lights on? Where to tap into for that?
