Weekly Weekend Mod Plans Thread. . .

I didn't get chipped last weekend like I had said I would, because I got called in to work. However, that ended up working to my adavantage, and now a former AWer is selling me his chipped '98 ECU for $200. No way in hell I could turn that down. I'll ask him if he remembers his UID or SN on here and let you guys know.

Sadly, he his selling his car and he wants to make it stockish again, so getting rid of the chip is part of that. He's going to have me take a look at the car, and help him prep it for the sale, which will involve fixing some small problems, but nothing over my head.

2> Boost gauge not shipping till next week...see above

I did that a couple months ago

That job cost half of what my car is worth and all because the last person who put the clutch in screwed up some seal so I had oil leaking on the clutch and flywheel. Makes the clutch nice and slippery
