Has vac. line running to it.
Leaks oil

i'm guessing its the turbo blow/bypass value. just want to dbl check.

whats wrong with yours besides covered in oil? you have no boost anymore or whats going on
take it out, clean it up and see if its still working if so put things back together and look for the oil leak
