What is this?

I was checking my hoses tonight for any possible leaks due to a problem I posted earlier. I pulled this valve looking like thing and found some oily liquid in it. I cleaned this out and it seems to have fixed my problem.

I have no idea what this is though. Any ideas?

Bypass or Diverter Valve.

Looks like a pressure control valve for crankshaft housing ventilation to me.

Tough to tell from the picture, but it certainly has enough oil in it to be. I'd hate to see a diverter valve with that much oil.

its not the DV, something right after the turbo on the intake hose. Looks almost like a resevoir

Its right before the N75 valve. No idea what it is or why there is oil in it...

do I have to clean PCV valve if its clogged by oil? or is it something wrong if oil is in PCV valve?
