What is the difference between APR's stage 3 and 3+?

Default What is the difference between APR's stage 3 and 3+?
Are they the same except for the APR clutch?

Default #2: Different turbo and program. And the Stae 3+ mDOES NOT come w/clutch, but it is more likely to
need the clutch upgrade.

No need right now for the clutch, but when I go 3+, I will.

Man this mod bug is a money pit.

Default I saw that. I'd say it should come with it....
But probably left out to control cost and install time. And maybe to give the owner the option to pick their own vs APR's.
