What is the difference between TSB's and recalls??.......

Recalls they do fix for free. TSB's are a little different however. They're really just a notice from the manufacturer to the dealer to keep their eye out for certain patterns, and for solutions to recurring problems.
They generally don't fix something addressed in a TSB, unless your car exhibits the problem described. For example, there's a TSB that describes a kit to extend the antenna range. However, if you never complain to your dealership about the problem, they won't do anything.
Whereas, with a recall, if you bring your car in, and when they punch in your vin, a recall notice pops up, they'll fix it right away.
