Where is the Engine Coolant Temp. Sensor?

I got this fault:

16500 - Engine Coolant Temp Sensor(G62) : Implausible Signal

I have two blue plugs... one on the driver side and one on the passenger side up top... which one is

it?

i recall it was more center than left or right..6" down from the top

it's like $28 at the stealer. i did mine last fall

I recall it being in the center, as well. Dealer me the spot after they changed it.

Should be on a coolant pipe behind the block, assuming it's the same as the 30V

Sorry for the late reply. There was only one sensor on the coolant pipe on my engine.
