where's the stereo code?
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/1181/spare_wheel_wall.jpg"></center><p>well, I lost my stereo manual, and somehow got my stereo locked, now where can I find the code? someone mentioned the code is on the sticker next to the spare wheel, but which number is it? I'll post a pic of my sticker. thanks!

Which makes it a ridiculous feature....
Why would you care if the thieves can use it or not? Once it's gone, it's gone. What are the thieves going to do, give it back when it doesn't work?

Think more along the lines of deterence...
I'd be willing to bet that the dudes who go around pulling decks know more about car audio than most of the people in the Audio forum, it sort of being their job and all. The radios are useless once pulled, so they don't mess with them in the first place.
