What model sparked your interest in Audi. More accurately what is the first Audi you remember being fascinated by, impressed with.
I know for fact the Coupe GT was the first Audi product I took notice of and wanted to buy... and made an attempt to purchase. I nearly bought a blue one with low miles in 2000 but instead I ended up with a 944.

My first Audi was back in the mid eighties...
I don't even remember what it was... a Fox or something. It wasn't that old but it was a "boring" car... hence why I don't remember it I guess. The next one I had was also not too old at the time and I still to this day kick myself up and down for selling it. The '83 UR Quattro Coupe. It had some mods. It was the late eighties, mods were a little different then though - turbo boosted and had some 15 inch rims w/195-50-15's --> BIG then!! It was a sweet car, never should of sold it... DSWHTDBURQC. ;-P
Next was a 4000S q, then a Coupe GT (two actually, one turbo'd, then a 80q, a 90 q w/12V, then my silver '00 Avant, now this '99 Avant. Of couse that doesn't include about 35 -seriously- other cars in that same time period.
Cars are fun.

Hated Audis back in '72 and my 2002 would kill my dads boring 100LS but......
the urq and 84 4kq caught my eye when they came out but who needed awd in SoCal. Finally bought a quattro (2) in '94 after we moved to the PNW and now that's all I drive.

I saw an early '80s Quattro in my university's parking lot and I thought that car looked really cool
-- I just remember the flared fenders and the rings on the side...and then I just kinda forgot about it. Around '99, I was getting fed up with putting chains on my Integra in the snow and was thinking about a Sube Outback (flame suit on). Then one day a came up behind a car that looked soooooo great from behind--yes, the butt looked so good--and I saw "quattro" and "A4" and I saw the rings and...I was hooked.
