Default Windshield & A/C related
I just recently had the windshield replaced in my '99 A4 by someone other than the Audi dealer who told me it was the same kind of windshield the dealer uses, but was $200 less. So ever since they replaced the windshield the A/C acts strange. Blows when not on, continues to cycle, blows hot then cold. Could these be related?

how can a piece of glass be related to electonics? Dont think they are...just my 2 cents thought

I wouldn't think so, isn't that thing on the dash a sensor? clogged maybe?

Default That's my thought too.
but these problems started the morning after they replaced the windshield. Possible glass got down in the sensor and is causing this?

That sensor on the dash is a sunlight sensor. It turns the A/C up or heat down in direct sun.
