Right.. well then could someone tell me the best tool to use to cut the fender...
I read that a grinder works best. Is that just basically a drill bit I can put on? How long should i expect this to take?

an angle grinder is a tool.. thats what I used..
you hook up a cutting wheel to the thing, and cut the big stuff off, then do touch ups with a dremel. be VERY careful with the angle grinder though, so as not to mess up the rest of the car!
