The lean code is probably due to a vacuum leak. If you have a hard time inspecting the hoses
Then do a pressure test of the intake system. You will need to either build a kit or take the car to the shop. The kit is easy to build but you might have hard time limiting air pressure to 7 psi, - will need a special adapter and the inexpensive ones I've seen lack precision.
The second code is probably due to low battery voltage. Take the battery to a shop for testing. For example, in my neck of the woods BatteriesPlus tests them for free.
