110K update....
1 - A/C: i had recharged the cooling system a few months ago and now the AC wasn't cooling again, WTF? turns out my cooling systems had been leaking so i had the valves replaced and added new freon. AC working back to normal again, nice and cold.
2 - CEL: DTC said my car was running lean. this was to be expected because the hose going to my boost gauge came off. besides the old hose was kinked so bad it needed replacement. new rubber hose installed and now my boost gauge works again. also i regained more power/boost and car drives even faster. very noticeable different in acceleration, almost like going from chipped to big injector file.

3 - driver rear power window regulator: this one i did myself. I figure if that NOOB PuRe can do then i could easily do this
. I picked up the window regulator from E&C VW Auto in Reseda for a $106. install wasn't too bad, it did take about an hour. if you should try to attempt this, do yourself a favor and buy one of them torx bit sets (T-15 to T-45) prior because the door disassembly used about 4 different sizes throughout. could have been a quicker job had i figured out how to remove the door insulation all around the window sooner. rear power window is now working again.Other issues I still need to address but didn't have time or the part yet -- ABS control module replacement, aligning my exhaust tips and possible exhaust leak, and getting rid of this rattling sound from the rear (probably loose bolt on my rear sway bar).
