Anyone know of a B6 1.8T, APR Stage III car for sale, preferably FWD, but Quattro is cool too

My brother is looking to get a car and has been researching and wants to buy an already-modded car. He's in Texas and doesn't care about Quattro and would rather save the weight. Anyone know of any cars available for sale? Yes, he's been on the classifieds too.
