Blitzsafe didnt work!! HELP!!

Default Blitzsafe didnt work!! HELP!!
Ordered blitzsafe, installed it, took about 10 minutes, put the ground and everything, powered it on, pressed CD twice, and got CDC1, and no AUX...wtf!?! Help!! Thought it might be a radio code, but its not the case?!

how come the ipod wasnt playing sound through the car then?

Default well if that doesnt work then reset power to the head unit
check volume levels as well.
