Did anyone else get charged PDI or an Audi Advertisement Fee?

Not I. But then again, maybe you negotiated a better deal than I did. The bottom line is all that
really counts ... Right?
(At least these would be the words I would use to myself if the dealer tried to pull this PDI or ad fee crap on me.)

right but do dealers charge this directly to the customer...
Apparently from what I have been told, Audi charges the dealer.
In edmunds, audi has 0% advertisement hold back.
So the "Invoice is invoice"...
PDI is included in the invoice...but the advertisement fee is not...

You can request to see the dealer invoice to see the actual break-down.
Yes, the dealer cannot refuse this request.
The ad fee is part of the invoice just like any part on the car or the destination charge.
I have some old invoices of sold cars in my files. Let me know, and I'll fax you one as an example.
