does using a blitzsafe adapter...
make you lose the use of the in-dash 6-disc changer? is there a way to have in-dash CD and MP3 via blitsafe? this is probably written somewhere and i missed it during the search...

It won't affect the in-dash changer at all...
Your headunit it designed to accomodate an additional (external) cd changer. The blitzsafe adaptor just tricks it into thinking that your MP3 device is that cd changer. The internal (in-dash) changer isn't affected.
