Electrical ISsues
After a severe rain storm I found the driver's side foot well soaked. Only the floor. No water on the seat or anywhere else I could find.
Now I have several anomalies occurring at the same time. The headlights will not turn off, the 4-way flashers go on whenever they want and may or may not turn off. The wiper run on their own for a few minutes then stop.
At one point the windows would not roll down. All of these problems seem to come and go without any direct correlation.
I pulled the dash apart and could not find any water inside at all. Also pulled the computer module out and no water or moisture there of any kind either.
I know I will have to go to the stealership eventually, but if anyone could give me their thoughts I would appreciate it.
It is also possible that lightning caused these issues and the water is just coincidental.

As s4master says, wet electronics. But you also need to fix the cause which is likely clogged drains. Do a search for drains and you should find lots of info. Been covered here several times.

Ross Software
Found water under the carpet and around the module. Dealer want $450 for the part.
They also tell me this needs to be programmed. Is this something I can do with the Ross Diag software and an interface? The dealer says it will run anywhere from $1000 to $2500 to repair this issue.
