Flywheel timing?

Flywheel timing?
Ok, so I've done a bit of searching and haven't come to a solid conclusion. I have an 03 a4 quattro and I'm in the middle of a clutch/flywheel replacement. We got everything pulled, got the old clutch and flywheel off, put the new ones on and were ready to start putting it all back together when i noticed the flywheel had a timing mark.
This is my first car outside of the nissan world and I've done the clutch on my old 240, so I am just a bit confused by this is all. I've read in a few different posts across the net that if you have your flywheel on, bolts lined up etc, you're good. I just want to be absolutely sure before i put it back together if i have to do anything specific with the flywheel and the timing and where I would be lining it up if so. Thank you for your time.
