halogen to hids

has anyone upgraded their halogens to hids?
what brand and how much and did it fit into the housing properly. I am wondering where do you mount the transformers?

Nah. Misterjung.com is the same way and they have many satisfied customers in the B5 forum.

I actually bought a Misterjung.com set for my B5, when I had it, but never installed it. It looked like good quality stuff.

How necessary is that info?

Last night I received two different emails from AXS answering questions on their product. I'm happy with the answers they gave and didn't get the sense that they were attempting to be misleading in any way.

I will ask them why this information is not available on their site.

Best solution I think,.....

is to purchase a "Complete HID E-Code Upgrade Kit". No worries about fitting the wires,igniters,ballast,... Just a straight swap with the entire headlight housing. Everything is in it already + Philips D1S Xenon Bulbs. And you get E-Codes.

Note: A4's w/o stock HID/Xenon do not have auto-level sensors, so it is manual adjustment only.
