i'm struggling to think of what could've happened to your car

in between moving it in and out of the garage if you know you didn't pump into something... that's just bizarre

weird, but it looks like a bracket or part of the bumper mount came loose and poked out

well its under warranty, so try backing up and pulling forward and a lil harder stop...
