Lambda Problems again - Check Engine Light

I have seen similar problems in the archives but wanted to know if anyone has found the solution.

The "Check Engine" light is on all the time. I was told by a shop, that the heater on the probe was not getting power. Cleared the light, but it comes back on as soon as the
engine exceeds 2000 rpm.

My error code is:
16545 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B2 S2: Heating Circuit Malfunction P0161-92 -00 - Unknown Error Elaboration

I have replaced the entire sensor with a correct Bosch one but that did not solve it (that was before the second shop told me that there was no power to the heater).

I am going to check all the fuses with a test light to see if that shows
anything, but after that I am out of ideas.

The O2 sensor heater is powered by the fuel pump relay via fuse S234 and sends power to the O2 sensor heater at contact position "3" in the O2 sensor harness connector. Check for an open circuit between the fuel pump relay socket contact "2" and the O2 sensor harness connector contact number 3. An ohm meter should be used to determine continuity between these 2 circuit points.
