Little Hole on Tail pipe sucks alot of Gas.......
My Ride now has about 132,000 Miles on the odometer. Driving to work last Friday, the engine suddenly sound louder and the cabin felt more buzzy at highway speeds. Sounded almost like a Civic with a juice can muffler. I got home, put the car on ramps & jackstands and I realized that most of the engine noise was coming out from the meshed flex pipe just past the Cat.
Car does seem to accelerate slightly quicker...But its power seem to kick in on the higher revs .And my mpg reading is down (about 6-8 mpg when accelerating & only 28.7 mpg while cruising at 70mph).
