Default Missing bolt?
From a newbie: I'm replacing front fender/wing, drivers side. Just wonder - should there be some kind of bolt/joint in the marked position, or?

Those three holes are for placement of a gauge tool for checking/setting the subframe alignment. No permanent fastener should be installed there.
