O2 sensor
So I have an’03 A4 V6 convertible. I’m experiencing P0300 (misfire) codes and I noticed the drivers side upstream O2 sensor turning red hot in less than a minute after starting the engine. I spoke to a couple mechanics & they tell me it’s most likely a mixture issue. I have 55psi of fuel pressure with the vacuum hose connected, & the injectors held 55psi for 15 minutes. I have replaced the spark plugs, coils, & MAF sensor with no luck. Anyone else ever have this issue??

Have you tried replacing the O2 sensor? You also might have a clogged Catalytic converter if its the O2 sensor closest to the cat. Potential issues could be O2 sensor wiring causing the circuit to be bad. Check for voltage while vehicle is running. IE using VCDS see what the voltage of the sensor is. It should be around 1.0v constantly switching between 0.9v and 1.1v
