drove the trans in Europe , it is nice, I have never had a maintenance issue on S4
I race it and maintain it myself, just as I do my airplane. I just don't need two boy toys at the same time and the airplane won out (1956 Cessna 180, polished metal,) I didn't loose much at all on the S4, having driven it 40K and still getting $31K for it. We all make choices, this is mine and I don't have any regrets. I loved the S4 and maybe will get a new one someday in the future.

yes its a 6 speed, UUC short shift, 19mm Neuspeed rear, UUC driveline stabilizer, Pagid Blue pads all around, MTM stage 1 chip, upgrades Bosch by-pass valves, improved TTB, etc. Ronal R28 8.5x17's with RE730 234/45-17 summer, and AVUS wheels and Dunlop Windersport M2 for winter tires. Has all options excpet Nav, very rare Hibiscus Red Mica paint, car is perfect in all respects, uses no oil and no mechanical problems ever

not so hard, I am rally psyched about the new car, go figure! The dealer will get this in January when the new one comes in or anyone else can have it then.

Jag X-Type 3.0 Sport, not ready for prime time.
Drove a X-Type 3.0 with sports package and automatic. The power was not smooth, automatic was jumpy and took a corner real hard at 40mph and the front suspension sounded like it was going to come loose.
Interior was nice, no problems, so give the car another year

KcS4--get the oburforme orthopedic seat cushion...more
I have an S4--saw your post.. Love the car, except
for the seats (I have a bad back too)...I solved my problem though with obusforme, the orthopedic company
They sell 1)"the Seat" to sit on
2) low back cushion.
Both (or either alone) are great, and completely restore orthopedic comfort. For less than $100 I
HIGHLY recommend them for your wife. Lots of online
