P0171 code, when cleared engine shaking

P0171 code, when cleared engine shaking
Hey.
So I had a problem for a little while with p0171 engine code. While letting it warm up sometimes I would get flashing check engine light when scanning for codes it would say that basicly all cylinders misfire. Drives all fine.
when engine warms up ( while p0171 is on ) it just increases RPM up to 3k and then drops, and repeats every 10 seconds.
Once p0171 is cleared engine starts to shake a lot. No codes pop up but it sounds like a sports car started up spitting flames, when you rev it it's all good. So I was driving today with all the codes cleared and I stalled the car while letting someone pass. And I noticed it does want to stall if you take a long time pressing clutch.
also when oil cap is removed engine sucks all the air inside and there's oil leak on the left side ( somewhere near the turbo)
i suspect a PCV issue as it seems like engine is not breathing.
would anyone let me know if they had same issues or someone smart enough to explain what is the problem. I have a tight budget and really want to do it my self as I really like my car a lot.
