Quick Question
Hi,
I am new to the site! I am looking in to getting either an A4 estate or an A6 and im just deciding between the two. But i have a few questions about the A4,
Do any of them come with cruise control?
Would you say an A4 with 150k miles would be like to drive? Will it be tight and taught still?

I'd say that there are probably no A4's ever made that don't have cruise control. Willing to be corrected, but the car is just too new and too much of a premium car to not have cruise as standard equipment.
As far as it being tight at 150k, like any other car, this utterly depends on how it was cared for and driven by its prior owners. I've got a 3/4 ton Chevy pickup with 125,000 miles on it and its used for snowplowing, hauling and the very occasional off road jaunt...its got no squeaks or rattles and it very tight. On the other hand, my nephew's 98 M3 is a rolling rattle and its well under 100k miles. Its all in how the car is treated and maintained.
For whatever its worth, my wife's 02 A4 is pretty tight. The sunroof controls squeak, but I need to do the sunroof switch fix anyways, so I suspect I've got a loose wire up in there.
