Rear Wiper Motor
I have a 2002 avant and my rear wiper has recently seized up. I was very slow and intermittent for quite a while and then it finally seized in the up position.
Searching through the threads it sounded like a lot of people were saying it is an issue with the linkage rather than the motor. Is there anyway to diagnose this?
Also, all the threads I found were in regards to the windshield and not the rear, not sure if this makes a difference.
If it is the motor, does anyone know if the motor is the same for the front and the rear? The only motor I found was this one:

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have been ignoring it for a while, but it would be nice to be able to see out the back window again.
