Reliability Question
I've always admired the styling of Audi's but I'm abit leary of the dependability factor. I'm interested in keeping a car for 200K miles. What is my best bet for motor/transmission? Stay away from turbos? Tiptronic?

Any 'well made' car could make it that long if driven reasonably.
I would inlude Audi with the long lasting cars.
Audi, Honda, Toyota are all well made. A Hyundi Poni, however was not made to last that long.
Audi/BMW don't strive to make more dependable cars, just better cars. Improved brakes, steering, comfort, etc do not add to reliability. I think the Honda could last just as long.

Thanks - I totally agree. An excellent point-no car maker wants to put themselves out of business. I guess I'm looking for feedback on the typical life expectancy for a biturbo versus a non-turbo and if the V6 is considered a more reliable engine than the T4. I love the performance of a friend's S4 but is this a car that can go 200K without a major overhaul?
