s4 ecode problems?

Just installed some s4 ecodes last week and had a lot of problems durning and after. The wiring harness is a pain to get off and pushing out the pins on the internal connectors were next to impossible so I ended up splicing them. After about two hours and getting the housings back in, the freeking xenons don't work. I checked all the connectors and everthing was fine, but the one thing which I noticed is that the xenon bulbs don't fit as snuggly in the ballast as they do with the stock ones. After another 1 hour of messing around with it they finally came on. I think the bulbs weren't siting in the ballast correctly. So the problem now is that when I drive over railroad tracks or pulling out of a driveway my right side shuts off. I get this light bulb out warning in the center display and it also says "right dipped headlamp/headlight). Does anyone know what this means. After driving around for a while it will come back on. Could I of damaged the pins on the connectors as I was trying to push them out? Everything is snug and thight, no connectors are lose at all. The wiered thing is that even these are oem s4 ecodes (which they seem to be) don't have the same quality fit and finish as the stock ones on the car. We'll sorry for the long post but any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh yeah "basel" should of taken your offer to help.

did you use number 9 wire or 11

i just cut off the stock connectors and put them on the new housing

wombatt...whats up? i told ya i woulda helped u out bro...

gimme a call...i can come by saturday and we can gut them babies and re-do it...

sounds like the connection is bad...a fixable condtion..
