neuspeed or AMS???

They are both great, but the AMS has height adjustablity and cost more.

I've tried both, I prefer the feel of my NS- I think it's less rubbery.

can i install it by myself? is it easy to install? or should i get it done in a shop?

It's pretty easy to install- Just follow the directions.
