Dremeled the remaing glue residue off, blasted it, cleaned it, sliconed the channel
pressed it in place and tied it to keep it pressured. Yes, at first I did experience condensation but I picked up a few of those silica moisture absorbing packets (ebay) and taped them to the inside and problem solved. One in each housing.

is that the fix for the condensation issue?
One of my xenon's has a condensation issue. The dealer has looked at it and says there is nothing wrong with the light = wtf? Something obviously is not right. I haven't tried to fix it myself yet as I just bought the car.
