many of us have some variation on this theme........
when I unlock my car, too often, all 4 windows go down 1/4, sometimes all the way. I do have the remote vagged to up and down the windows. who knows?

Try resetting the window anti pinch, close the window all the way, then ,,,m
release the window switch. Next, press and hold the switch in the close position for 5 seconds then release. Also, avoid keeping your key fob in your pants pocket.
