a4 nasty smell problem
my cousin bought a 07 A4 CPO
whenever it rains or he goes threw car wash or just pour a bottle of water on front windshield
and turns on the ac or just the fan nasty mildew smell comes out of the vents
he went back to the dealer like 7 times and whenever he gets the car back they spray some **** in the cabin filter compartment and it's good for about a day and goes bad again........
did anyone had that problem what could he do about it?
any suggestions are appreciated

If he is not getting any moisture in the cabin - then he probably has mold in the ducting for the car. You can purchase spray cans for a auto parts place that one sprays into the duct work that kills the spores and mold. If that does not work then one needs to take apart the whole system in the dash - a PITA to do - best left to a pro who has done it before.
It is probably the moisture that the AC is removing from the air when it is wet out - but he should also make sure water is not coming in via the air filter vent.
