Bluetooth Problem
I've got a fully loaded (or so I hope) B7 S4... it was purchased used (demo) and is supposed to have the Bluetooth option.
I've tried to connect with two different phones but neither will find the Audi?... I even upgraded the firmware on my Sony T616 and still nothing.
When I hit the TEL button I get a "Telephone not installed" message. Is this normal for those with Bluetooth to see before connecting?

INSERT PHONE
when I press the left phone button, it says INSERT PHONE if my phone is off or if it isn't present. When it's there, it gives me the directory of phone numbers saved on the smart chip.

pairing phone with car should be when the ignition is on, but the engine is not started..
I have tried to pair them when the engine is running and it won't show the audi when searching by phones..

I maybe had the same problem. It took about 20 attempts but finally the phone found the Audi.
No idea why and now I don't care!
If found a Sony Ericsson first go but the Motorola RAZR took all the attempts.
