Check engine light

I just got a 2008 Audi A4 with 91,000 miles. It had a EPC light, traction control light and the check engine light come on 3 days after I bought it. Took it to a shop and replaced the throttle body, gas pedal assembly, dipstick, transmission fluid and the air filter. It runs perfectly not a problem after that but I just had my check engine light come on again. I’m positive it’s an electrical issue, as to what not sure though. Again the car runs smooth and everything is perfect except the check engine light. I could use some help figuring out the issue.

Shadow, welcome to the forums! You need to get the DTC identified. There really isn't any other place to start - - just a guess game at this point.
