Does steering control module need to be programmed.
I’ve been having issues with my Audi a4 for two months. After much diagnosing I narrowed the issue down to the steering control module. Grabbed one from the scrapyard and installed. Still same issue no horn, airbag, steering controls etc. Then when I have that 10amp fuse plugged in the climate control doesn’t work. When I pull it all is normal. Do I need to program this module? I’m so frustrated with this car. I’ll add the errors I got after replacing the module.

I’ve looked at about ten grounds thus far. I’ll have to keep looking for more. I also have a voltage drain from that cable that connects to the positive terminal. I know it goes to the alternator do you know if it connects to the ignition switch?
