Drivers power seat

Hey guys, My 2008 A4's power seat works 100% except one function which makes strange noise like its not tracking or something. I only have 24,000 miles and am still under factory warranty. Is the power seat something covered under warrant if something is wrong with it?

Also for warrant repairs can I go to any Audi dealer?
