Default I doubt it...
All it does is lower the headrest a half inch past the last notch.

Default Or you can...
just wet up some tissue paper and put it in the slot on the headrest pole and wait for it to dry. That way you don't have a piece of metal visible.

Default Nice was trying to figure out how to lower it... but...
... after getting feedback during two seperate driving training courses (one summer and one winter and by the same instructor), the headrest needs to make contact on the middle part of the back of your head. I guess I'll leave mine as is otherwise it'll be close to my neck instead which isn't good.
