Help

Hey guys so I'm new to Audis and I just replaced my valve cover gaskets do to leakage and replaced my radiator and when I started her up she's missing so I plugged in my OBD eleven and got random misfires in cylinders 2,3,4, and 5. What should I do. Almost forgot I changed the plugs when I did the radiator, valve cover gaskets... BTW I have 06 a4 b7 3.2

Recheck ALL your electrical and vacuum connections.

Thanks I'll do that one more question would it be misfiring if I didn't gap the spark plugs???
