HELP!! Problem!!!

I have only REVO stage 1 in the car right now and am still experiencing a problem.
2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th gear from 4,000 - redline,
the boost drops significantly from 15psi and then starts bouncing up and down between 10 and 15 psi, till revved out
Been back to the dealer 3 times in 2 weeks with and without the REVO.
They can't figure it out.
Any Audi techs or other people experiencing this? Any Dealers in the NYC area hip to this?
Please help!

The REVO is presently set at the performance 2 setting, but I have tried just about every combination I found in these posts.
I have taken the intake and Forge DV out of the car and still NO change.
The only time it doesn't do it is when it is in stock mode and...well...that just don't work for me!

The ever present low rail pressure.
I mentioned to them about the HP fuel pump problem but the say I have the "H" fuel pump.
I'm looking at the paper work from the last time and it says the changed a transfer pump, thrust sensor and cleaned some other sensor.

It has been back 4 times and they never even checked it.
Supposedly they changed the Transfer pump, thrust sensor, bypass valve, and removed and inspected numerous other components.
I had a discussion with the service manager today and he told me that since it doesn't happen in stock mode, there is nothing he can do.
SO..." If you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself".
Does anyone know what to look for? Should the cam lobe be measured with a mic, and if so what should the lobe measure?
I don't mind getting an APR pump, if that's what it is, but I read in these posts that it is the cam that goes bad and I don't want to get into a head job on this car.
